Shorten URLs which redirect to websites containing the above mentioned content.
Spam any website, forum or blog with the Site’s links.
Automatically redirect to your shortened url from a website. The viewer must click on the link him/herself;
Create multiple accounts. Only one account per person is allowed;
Bring fake/automated traffic of any kind to your links. This will get your account terminated automatically by our system. Manipulation of our system to gain views is also not allowed. This includes iframes, redirects, proxies, bots, traffic exchange, PTC traffic, Faucet Traffic Email traffic, jingling, hitleap etc.
Interfere with other publishers which are using the Site’s service.
Abuse from the contact system such as sending messages regarding payments before due dates, threatening to change service and/or providing false or incomplete data.
Click on your own shortened urls to generate revenue. We reserve the right to not pay for the revenue generated.
You represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under age 13, you may not, under any circumstances, use the Services. Pandarticles may, in its sole discretion, refuse to offer the Services to any person or entity and change its eligibility criteria at any time. You are solely responsible for ensuring that these Terms of Service are in compliance with all laws, rules and regulations applicable to you and the right to access the Services is revoked where these Terms of Service or use of the Services is prohibited or to the extent offering, sale or provision of the Services conflicts with any applicable law, rule or regulation. Further, the Services are offered only for your use, and not for the use or benefit of any third party.
While some features of the Service are available to unregistered users, for broader access to the Services you must register with reShprt (creating an “Account”). In order to register, you must provide an accurate e-mail address and select a username or you can use supported social network. You are responsible for updating the accuracy of the e-mail address that you provide to Pandarticles to be associated with your Account. Regarding usernames, you shall NOT

NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SUCH LIABILITY EXCEED ANY DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00) IN THE AGGREGATE.
